Possible Causes

Blocked air intake or exhaust vents, Fan motor not running at full speed, Faulty NTC sensor reading too low, Control PCB overheating

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug and allow the air fryer to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Steps:

  • Ventilation check: Ensure at least 10 cm (4 in) clearance around the unit. Remove any objects blocking the rear or side vents.
  • Clean filters and vents: Some Electrolux models have removable air filters or mesh screens. Remove and clean them to restore airflow.
  • Verify fan operation: Start a cycle and listen for strong airflow. If airflow is weak or noisy, inspect the fan motor and blades for grease buildup or damage.
  • Control board cooling: Open the housing and check that the control PCB is not covered in dust or grease, which can trap heat. Clean gently with a dry brush.
  • Sensor check: If airflow is normal, test the NTC sensor as in E1/E2. Replace if readings are out of specification.

Note: Repeated H2 errors after cleaning and checks indicate a likely sensor or control board fault.
