Possible Causes
Warped or unbalanced fan blade, Loose fan mounting, Missing or hardened rubber feet, Unit placed on uneven or unstable surface
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before inspection. Do not allow the fryer to operate unattended if it moves on the counter.
Steps to reduce vibration:
- Check placement: Ensure the fryer is on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Avoid thin metal racks or uneven tiles.
- Inspect rubber feet: Turn the unit over (unplugged) and check that all rubber feet are present and intact. Replace missing or hardened feet.
- Inspect fan blade: Remove the bottom cover and examine the fan blade for warping, cracks, or missing pieces. Replace the fan blade if damaged.
- Tighten fan and motor mounts: Ensure the fan is securely fastened to the motor shaft and that the motor mounting screws are tight.
Note: Slight vibration is normal, but the unit should not walk across the counter.
