Steps to address peeling coating:

• Stop using damaged parts: Discontinue use of baskets or pans with significant flaking or peeling.
• Replace basket/pan: Purchase a compatible Farberware replacement basket and/or pan assembly.
• Prevent future damage: Use only non-metal utensils and non-abrasive sponges. Avoid preheating the fryer empty for extended periods.
