How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Electrical Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
- Step 1 – Clean surface: Wipe the touch panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
- Step 2 – Power reset: Unplug the air fryer for 10 minutes, then plug back in and test the buttons.
- Step 3 – Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the bezel to access the touch panel PCB. Reseat the ribbon cable connecting it to the main board.
- Step 4 – Check for moisture: Look for condensation or liquid inside the panel area. Allow it to dry completely before reassembly.
- Step 5 – Replace panel: If specific buttons remain unresponsive, replace the touch control panel PCB.
