Drawer/basket is difficult to insert or remove; it may jam or scrape.

Safety first: Allow the unit to cool before forcing the drawer.

• Clean rails: Remove the basket and clean the side rails and bottom support surfaces of crumbs and grease.
• Check for warping: Place the basket and drawer on a flat surface to see if they rock or appear twisted. Replace warped basket/drawer assemblies.
• Inspect rails: Look inside the cavity for bent metal or plastic guides. Carefully straighten minor bends with pliers.
• Housing alignment: Ensure the front panel is not loose or distorted. Tighten mounting screws.
• Latch check: Inspect the drawer latch mechanism for broken plastic that could snag the drawer. Replace if damaged.
