Steps to reduce condensation:

• 1. Check basket seal: Inspect the front edge of the basket for a silicone or rubber gasket. Ensure it is intact and seated properly.
• 2. Clean gasket and mating surfaces: Wipe away grease and food residue that may prevent a good seal.
• 3. Adjust cooking method: For very moist foods, reduce temperature slightly and extend time, or open the basket briefly mid‑cook to release steam.
• 4. Ventilate the area: Use the air fryer in a well‑ventilated space to reduce condensation on nearby surfaces.
• 5. Replace damaged gasket: If the front gasket is torn or missing, replace it with the correct Hamilton Beach gasket for your model.

Note: Some condensation is normal, but pooling water near the controls should be addressed.
