Possible Causes
Open heating element, Blown thermal fuse, Faulty heater relay on main PCB, Disconnected heater wiring
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool fully before accessing the heater.
- Confirm symptom: Start a cycle and check that the fan runs but no heat is felt from the exhaust after a few minutes (do not touch internal metal parts).
- Access heater and fuse: Remove the top or rear cover to expose the heating element and thermal fuse.
- Test heater and fuse: Use a multimeter to check continuity of the heating element and thermal fuse. Replace any open component with a matching Hisense part.
- Inspect relay and wiring: Check the heater relay on the main PCB for burn marks and verify heater wires are firmly connected.
- Replace main PCB if needed: If heater and fuse are good but no voltage is supplied during operation, the main PCB relay or control circuit is faulty and should be replaced.
