How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before opening the control panel area.
- Access control panel: Remove the screws securing the front control panel. Carefully lift it to expose the ribbon cable or wiring harness connecting it to the main PCB.
- Reseat connectors: Gently unplug and reinsert the ribbon cable, ensuring it is fully seated and locked. Do not bend or crease the cable sharply.
- Inspect for moisture: Look for signs of condensation, grease, or liquid on the touch PCB and connectors. Dry gently with a soft cloth. Do not use excessive heat.
- Check for physical damage: If the touch panel is cracked or the ribbon cable is torn, the touch control PCB assembly must be replaced.
- Reassemble and test: Refit the control panel, plug in the unit, and test touch response. If E10 persists, the main PCB may have a communication or firmware fault and should be replaced.
