- Check backlight power: If you are experienced with electronics, you can measure the backlight supply voltage at the display connector. Lack of voltage indicates a main PCB issue; correct voltage with no light indicates a failed display module.
- Replace faulty module: Replace the display/touch PCB assembly if damaged. If the display is fine but the driver on the main PCB is faulty, replace the main control PCB.
