Stuck alarm condition in firmware, Shorted buzzer driver transistor, Faulty buzzer on control PCB, Corrupted main PCB firmware
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit to silence the alarm before working on it.
- Power reset: Leave the unit unplugged for at least 5 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge, then plug it back in to see if the error clears.
- Inspect buzzer area: Open the control panel and locate the piezo buzzer on the PCB. Check for signs of overheating or liquid damage.
- Check for stuck buttons: Ensure no touch buttons are stuck or permanently activated, which can cause continuous alarms.
- Replace control PCB if needed: If the buzzer continues to sound and E15 remains, the buzzer driver or firmware is likely faulty. Replace the main control PCB or touch control PCB, depending on design.
