Air fryer does not power on at all; no lights, no beeps.

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before any disassembly. Do not attempt repairs if you are uncomfortable working around mains voltage.

Steps to troubleshoot no-power condition:

• 1. Check outlet and breaker: Test the outlet with another appliance. Reset any tripped breakers or GFCI outlets.
• 2. Inspect power cord: Look for visible damage. Gently flex the cord while plugged in (if safe) to see if power flickers. If so, replace the cord.
• 3. Access internal fuse: Remove the outer cover to locate the small glass or ceramic fuse on or near the main control board. Test for continuity with a multimeter.
• 4. Replace blown fuse: If the fuse is open, replace it with the same type and rating. If it blows again immediately, there is a deeper short that must be found before further use.
• 5. Inspect main control board: Look for burned components or cracked solder joints in the power supply section. If present, replace the entire board.

Warning: Repeated fuse failures indicate a serious fault. Do not keep replacing fuses without identifying the root cause.
