Air fryer shows E11 and the display flickers or goes blank intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before opening the housing. Mains voltage is present on the power supply section.

Steps to address E11:

• 1. Check outlet: Plug the air fryer into a different outlet on a separate circuit. Avoid using extension cords or power strips.
• 2. Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks along the cord. Gently wiggle the cord at the entry point while the unit is on (if safe) to see if the display flickers. If so, replace the power cord assembly.
• 3. Open and inspect power supply area: Remove the cover to access the main control board. Identify the low-voltage power supply section (transformer or switching supply). Look for bulged capacitors, cracked solder joints, or burned components.
• 4. Reseat connectors: Ensure all connectors from the power cord and line filter to the main board are tight.
• 5. Replace main control board: If visible damage is present or if voltage measurements (for advanced users) show unstable low-voltage outputs, replace the main control board with an Insignia-compatible part.
