Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse, failed main control board power supply, damaged power cord, faulty outlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before any disassembly. Mains voltage is present inside.
- Verify outlet: Test the outlet with another appliance. Reset any tripped breakers or GFCI outlets.
- Check the power cord: Inspect for cuts, frays, or burn marks. Gently wiggle the cord at the plug and at the entry to the air fryer while plugged in (without touching bare wires). If power flickers, the cord is likely faulty and should be replaced.
- Internal fuse: Remove the housing and locate the internal fuse near the power entry. Test with a multimeter; replace if open using the exact same rating and type.
- Board inspection: If the fuse is good, inspect the main control board for burned components or bulging capacitors. A failed board will usually require replacement.
If you are not experienced with electrical repairs, seek professional service for internal fuse and board work.
