Air fryer does not power on at all (no lights, no display, no response).

Safety first: Unplug the unit before any inspection. Do not attempt live electrical testing unless qualified.

• Check outlet: Plug a lamp or phone charger into the same outlet to confirm it has power. Reset any tripped breakers or GFCI outlets.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, fraying, or burn marks. If the cord is damaged, discontinue use until it is replaced.
• Try another outlet: Move the air fryer to a different known-good outlet without using an extension cord.
• Internal fuse check (advanced): If comfortable and out of warranty, remove the housing and locate the line fuse on the input side of the main control board. Test for continuity with a multimeter.
• Replace fuse or board: If the fuse is open, replace it with the same rating and investigate for short circuits. If the fuse is good but there is still no power, the main control board’s power supply section is likely faulty and the board should be replaced.
