Possible Causes

Door/basket not detected, Program not fully selected, Stuck button on touch panel, Firmware glitch

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug before inspecting switches if needed.

  • Check door/basket: Remove and reinsert the basket or close the door firmly until the beeping stops.
  • Re-select program: Clear any previous settings by pressing Cancel, then choose a mode, set time and temperature, and press Start.
  • Clean touch panel: Wipe the panel with a dry cloth to remove moisture that may cause false touches.
  • Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes to reset the control. If beeping persists with no code, the touch panel or control board may need service.
