Possible Causes

Failed heater relay and fan relay, Broken common supply to outputs, Firmware glitch, Loose output connectors

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before opening the housing.

Steps to troubleshoot non-running heater and fan:

  • Confirm safety interlocks: Ensure the drawer is fully inserted and the basket safety switch is functioning (see E8 scenario).
  • Inspect output wiring: Remove the bottom cover and trace wires from the control PCB to the heater and fan. Ensure all connectors are firmly seated.
  • Check for board damage: Look for burnt or cracked solder joints around the heater and fan relays or triacs.
  • Replace control board: If the timer and display work but neither heater nor fan receive power, the main control PCB is likely defective. Replace it with a Kalorik-specific board.

Because both outputs are affected, focus on the common control electronics rather than individual components.
