Safety first: Ensure the air fryer is on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Unplug before internal inspection.

Steps to reduce vibration:

Check surface and feet: Make sure all rubber feet are present and the countertop is level. Replace missing Kalorik rubber feet if needed.
Inspect fan assembly: Remove the bottom cover and access the convection fan motor. Check that the fan blade is centered and not wobbling.
Tighten mounts: Tighten all screws securing the fan motor and internal brackets.
Replace fan or motor: If the fan blade is warped or the motor shaft is bent, replace the fan blade or entire convection fan motor assembly.

Excessive vibration can lead to premature wear of internal components; address it promptly.

Unit vibrates excessively or moves slightly on the countertop during operation.
