Touch buttons are unresponsive or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before removing the control panel.

• Clean the panel: Wipe the touch surface with a soft cloth lightly dampened with mild soap solution, then dry completely. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
• Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes, then plug back in to reset the touch controller.
• Check for moisture: If the panel fogs or has condensation, allow it to dry in a warm, dry place for several hours.
• Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and reseat the ribbon cable between the touch panel and UI board. Ensure it is fully inserted and locked.
• Replace touch panel assembly: If specific buttons never work or the panel remains erratic, replace the touch control panel assembly.
