Possible Causes
Failed relay or triac on main PCB, Broken PCB trace to heater/fan, Safety interlock not detected as closed, Low voltage from SMPS under load
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before inspection.
- Check interlocks: Confirm the basket is fully inserted and the safety switch operates (listen for a click). Replace the switch if faulty.
- Inspect PCB: Look for burnt or cracked solder joints around the heater and fan relays/triacs. Reflow solder if minor, or replace the PCB if components are damaged.
- Measure outputs (advanced): Only if qualified, measure voltage at the heater and fan terminals when a cycle is started. No voltage indicates a PCB drive failure.
- Replace PCB: If outputs are not being driven despite correct inputs and interlocks, replace the main control PCB.
