Possible Causes
Unbalanced fan blade, Loose internal mounting screws, Missing or hardened rubber feet, Fan motor shaft bent
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before inspection.
- Check placement: Ensure the air fryer is on a flat, stable surface and all four feet are in contact with the worktop.
- Inspect rubber feet: Turn the unit over (when cool) and check that all rubber feet are present and not worn flat. Replace missing feet.
- Fan balance: Access the fan and inspect blades for damage or grease buildup on one side. Clean evenly and replace the fan if any blade is cracked or badly bent.
- Secure mounts: Tighten screws securing the fan motor, heater bracket, and internal panels to reduce resonance.
- Motor shaft: If the fan wobbles significantly even when tightened, the motor shaft may be bent; replace the motor assembly.
Warning: Excessive vibration can loosen electrical connections over time; address the cause promptly.
