Possible Causes
Momentary power outage, Loose plug in outlet, Faulty power cord, Internal power supply instability on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before inspecting the cord or internal connections.
Steps to handle PF:
- Check the outlet and plug: Ensure the plug fits snugly in the outlet. Avoid using loose or worn outlets.
- Dedicated circuit: Move the air fryer to a dedicated circuit if possible to avoid voltage dips when other appliances start.
- Inspect power cord: Look for damage, kinks, or burn marks. Replace the cord if any defects are found.
- Internal check: If comfortable, remove the rear cover and verify that the cord’s internal connections are tight and that the main PCB shows no signs of overheating or bulging capacitors.
Note: Occasional PF after a known outage is normal. Frequent PF without household power issues suggests an internal power supply problem that may require main board replacement.
