Steps to resolve no-start condition:

  • Check display messages: Look for door-open icons or lock symbols. Disable any child lock per the user manual (often by holding a specific key for several seconds).
  • Verify door closure: Ensure the door is fully closed and latched. See door switch troubleshooting if needed.
  • Test the Start button: If the panel is capacitive touch, clean it with a soft, dry cloth. For mechanical buttons, press multiple times to feel for sticking or lack of click.
  • Inspect control board connections: Remove the control panel and check the ribbon cable and connectors between the UI board and main PCB. Reseat them firmly.
