Possible Causes
Faulty rotary encoder (if equipped), Contaminated touch slider, Loose control panel connector, Firmware or ADC fault on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before working on controls.
- Step 1 – Clean control surface: Wipe the control area with a slightly damp cloth and then dry. Do not allow liquid to seep into seams.
- Step 2 – Reseat connectors: Access the control panel and reseat the encoder or slider connector.
- Step 3 – Replace encoder/panel: If a mechanical knob skips or feels rough, replace the encoder module. For touch sliders that jump, replace the touch panel.
- Step 4 – PCB replacement: If new controls still behave erratically, replace the main control board.
