• Check for damage: Inspect the panel for cracks or warping. Replace the control panel assembly if physically damaged.
• Internal inspection: Ensure the control PCB is firmly mounted and any grounding straps or screws are secure.
• Persistent false touches: If random activations continue, replace the control panel or main PCB depending on which contains the touch controller for your model.
