Possible Causes
Stuck touch key, Moisture on control panel, Faulty buzzer driver transistor on PCB, Firmware glitch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before cleaning the control panel.
- Step 1 – Clean panel: Wipe the control surface with a dry cloth to remove moisture or residue that may trigger false touches.
- Step 2 – Reset: Unplug for 10–15 minutes to reset the control logic.
- Step 3 – Observe keys: Plug back in and see if any key appears constantly active (e.g., icon highlighted). If so, the touch panel may be defective and should be replaced.
- Step 4 – PCB buzzer driver: If beeping continues even with a new panel, the buzzer driver on the PCB may be shorted. Replace the main control board.
