Air fryer leaks oil or liquid from the bottom or onto the countertop.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and let it cool before handling hot oil or liquids.

• Step 1 – Inspect basket and drawer: Remove both and check for visible cracks, warping, or holes in the non-stick pan. Pay attention to corners and seams.
• Step 2 – Check gasket: Some Moulinex models use a silicone or rubber gasket between the inner basket and outer drawer. Inspect for tears, flattening, or missing sections.
• Step 3 – Clean mating surfaces: Clean the rim of the basket and drawer so they seat properly. Food residue can prevent a good seal.
• Step 4 – Replace damaged parts: Replace the cooking pan/basket assembly or gasket if any structural damage is found. Do not attempt to seal cracks with glue; it is unsafe at cooking temperatures.
• Step 5 – Adjust usage: Avoid overfilling with oil or very liquid marinades. Use a separate tray or foil insert as recommended by Moulinex to catch drips.
