How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the appliance from mains before opening. Firmware-related issues often require board replacement.
- Step 1 – Hard reset: Unplug the air fryer for at least 15 minutes. Press and hold the main power/start button for 10 seconds (if accessible) while unplugged to discharge residual power. Plug back in and check if E10 clears.
