Unit vibrates excessively or moves on the countertop during operation.

Safety first: Unplug the fryer before inspecting underneath or inside.

• Step 1 – Check surface: Place the fryer on a flat, stable surface. Adjust or replace countertop protectors if uneven.
• Step 2 – Inspect feet: Turn the unit upside down (unplugged) and check that all rubber feet are present and intact. Replace missing or hardened feet.
• Step 3 – Fan balance: Access the fan and check for missing pieces or attached debris on one side of the blade. Clean and, if necessary, replace the fan motor assembly.
• Step 4 – Internal mounting: Verify that the heater/fan assembly and PCB are firmly screwed to the chassis.
