Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes. Never open the casing while plugged in.
- Check ventilation: Ensure the air fryer is placed on a hard, flat surface with at least 10 cm clearance around all sides and top. Remove any objects blocking the rear or bottom vents.
- Clean air inlets/outlets: Use a soft brush or vacuum with a brush attachment to clear dust and grease from the rear and bottom vents.
- Inspect for heavy grease buildup: Remove the basket and pan. Clean the interior surfaces and heating area with a damp cloth (when cool) to reduce overheating risk.
- Power reset: After cooling and cleaning, plug the unit back in and try a short cook cycle. If H01 reappears immediately, the internal thermal fuse or overheat thermostat has likely opened and must be replaced.
Warning: Replacing a thermal fuse requires opening the main housing and working near mains wiring. If you are not experienced with appliance repair, contact a qualified technician.
