Safety first: Unplug and let the unit cool before accessing the fan area.

Steps:

External check: Ensure the air fryer is on a stable, level surface and not touching other objects that can vibrate.
Inspect fan: Remove the top cover to access the fan. Check that the fan nut or clip is tight on the motor shaft.
Remove debris: Clear any food particles, foil, or plastic that may have entered the fan housing.
Blade condition: If blades are bent or cracked, replace the fan impeller or entire fan motor assembly.
Motor bearings: If noise persists and feels rough when spinning by hand, replace the fan motor.

Warning: Do not bend metal fan blades back and reuse if they are cracked; they can break off at high speed.
