Steps to fix non-running fan:

Check for noise: If the heater works but there is no fan noise, suspect the fan circuit.
Access fan assembly: Remove the outer shell and internal shroud to reach the convection fan motor and blade.
Clear obstructions: Remove any food debris, foil, or plastic that may be jamming the fan.
Spin test: Manually rotate the fan blade. If stiff or stuck, the motor is likely seized and must be replaced.
Electrical test: Check continuity of the motor windings and verify that the motor receives voltage when the unit is running (only if you are trained and using proper isolation).
Replace motor: Install a new convection fan motor if the original is seized or open.

Fan does not run; heater may still get hot but air is not circulating.
