• Inspect rails: Remove the basket and drawer completely. Examine the drawer rails and guides inside the cavity for bends, cracks, or melted areas.
• Clean tracks: Remove crumbs and grease from the rails using a brush and damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
• Check drawer body: Inspect the drawer sides and bottom for warping or cracks. Replace the Pro Breeze air fryer drawer/basket assembly if deformed.
• Align rails: Gently bend any slightly misaligned metal rails back into position using padded pliers. Do not over‑bend.
