Possible Causes

Blown internal fuse on control board, Faulty power cord, Failed main control PCB power supply, Loose mains connection at terminal block

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Verify the outlet is working with another appliance. Unplug the air fryer before opening it.

Steps to restore power:

  • Check external power: Confirm the wall outlet and any extension cord or power strip are functional. Avoid using long or undersized extension cords.
  • Inspect power cord: Examine the Pro Breeze power cord for cuts, burns, or kinks. If damaged, replace the cord set.
  • Access internal fuse: Remove the bottom cover to access the main control PCB. Look for a small glass or ceramic fuse near the power input.
  • Test and replace fuse: Use a multimeter to test continuity of the fuse. If blown, replace it with the same type and rating. If it blows again immediately, there is a deeper fault.
  • Check terminal block: Ensure the live and neutral wires are firmly secured at the terminal block or PCB screw terminals.
  • Board evaluation: If the fuse is good and power is present at the board but the unit remains dead, the control PCB power supply section has likely failed and the board must be replaced.

Warning: Replacing a fuse with a higher rating or bypassing it is extremely dangerous and can cause fire.
