Air fryer powers on, lights and display work, but it does not heat; food remains cold even after a full cycle.

Safety first: Unplug the Proscenic air fryer and allow it to cool completely before opening any panels.

Steps to diagnose no-heat condition:

• 1. Confirm fan operation: Start a cycle and listen for the fan. If the fan runs but there is no heat, the issue is likely in the heater circuit.
• 2. Access heater and safety devices: Remove the top or bottom cover to expose the heating element, thermal fuse, and thermostat mounted near the heater.
• 3. Test the thermal fuse: Disconnect one lead and check continuity with a multimeter. If open, replace with an identical-rated thermal fuse and investigate overheating causes.
• 4. Test the high-limit thermostat: Check for continuity at room temperature. If open and non-resettable, replace it.
• 5. Test the heating element: Measure resistance across the heater terminals. An open reading indicates a failed element that must be replaced.
• 6. Check heater relay on PCB: Inspect the main control board for a burnt or cracked heater relay. If the relay does not click when heating should start, or if the board is visibly damaged, replace the main PCB.
• 7. Reassemble and test: After replacing faulty components, reassemble the unit and run a short preheat to verify that heat is restored.
