• 3. Access Wi-Fi module: Remove the top or front cover to expose the control PCB. Locate the small Wi-Fi module board or daughterboard connected via a ribbon cable or pin header.
• 4. Reseat connectors: Carefully unplug and reconnect the Wi-Fi module connector to ensure a solid connection. Inspect for bent pins or corrosion.
• 5. Inspect the module: Look for physical damage or burn marks on the Wi-Fi module. If damaged, replace the module with the same Proscenic-compatible part.
• 6. Firmware update (if supported): Some models allow firmware updates via the app. Follow Proscenic's instructions to update firmware, which can resolve communication errors.
• 7. Replace main PCB if needed: If a known-good Wi-Fi module still shows E10, the main control board's communication interface may be faulty and require replacement.
