Possible Causes
Unbalanced fan blade, Loose internal mounting screws, Missing or hardened rubber feet, Fan motor misalignment
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before inspection.
- Check placement: Ensure the air fryer is on a flat, stable surface. Avoid placing it on thin metal racks or uneven surfaces.
- Inspect rubber feet: Turn the unit over (unplugged) and check that all rubber feet are present and intact. Replace missing or hardened rubber feet.
- Access internal mounts: Remove the cover and check that the fan motor, heater assembly, and internal frame screws are tight.
- Check fan balance: Inspect the fan for missing pieces or heavy grease buildup on one side. Clean thoroughly and replace the fan blade if damaged.
- Reassemble and test: After tightening and cleaning, test again. Persistent severe vibration may indicate a bent motor shaft, requiring fan motor replacement.
