• Check fan balance: Inspect the fan for missing pieces or heavy grease buildup on one side. Clean thoroughly and replace the fan blade if damaged.
• Reassemble and test: After tightening and cleaning, test again. Persistent severe vibration may indicate a bent motor shaft, requiring fan motor replacement.
