Drawer will not close fully; the unit will not start.

Safety: Unplug before attempting to clear obstructions.

• Empty drawer: Remove all food and accessories. Check that no rack or divider is protruding and blocking closure.
• Inspect handle and front: Ensure the handle screws are tight and the front panel is not warped.
• Check latch hook: Look at the latch hook inside the unit and on the drawer. If broken or worn, replace the drawer latch assembly or drawer front as appropriate.
• Test closure: After clearing and repairs, close the drawer firmly until you hear a click, then test operation.
