How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug and allow to cool before accessing the lamp.
- Locate lamp cover: Inside the cooking chamber, find the lamp lens or cover.
- Remove cover: Unscrew or unclip the cover to access the cavity lamp.
- Replace lamp: Fit a new lamp of the same type, voltage, and wattage rating specified for your Russell Hobbs model.
- Check connections: Ensure the lamp holder contacts are clean and secure.
- Driver circuit: If a new lamp does not work, the lamp driver on the control PCB may be faulty; PCB replacement may be required.
