Steam condensation / drainage path issue
Condensation or water droplets collecting under or around the air fryer.

Possible Causes
Normal steam condensing on cool surfaces, Blocked condensate channels in housing, Cracked lower housing allowing internal moisture escape, Excessively wet foods cooked without draining
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before cleaning around the base.
- Assess amount: A small amount of moisture can be normal. Large puddles indicate a problem.
- Use on a dry, level surface: Ensure the fryer is not sitting in a depression where water can collect.
- Inspect housing: Check the lower housing for cracks or gaps where steam may be escaping and condensing. Replace the housing if structurally damaged.
- Food preparation: Pat very wet foods dry before cooking to reduce excess steam.
