How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before working on the control panel.
- Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Dry moisture: If the panel was exposed to steam or liquid, allow the unit to dry for 24 hours in a warm, dry place.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Open the control panel and reseat the keypad or touch film ribbon cable on the PCB.
