Air fryer heats but takes much longer than usual to reach temperature; food is undercooked at normal times.

Safety first: Unplug and cool before cleaning or opening the unit.

• Clean interior thoroughly: Remove basket and drawer. Clean the heating element, fan guard, and interior surfaces with a non‑abrasive sponge and degreaser. Built‑up grease can insulate heat.
• Check mains supply: Avoid using long extension cords or multi‑adapters. Plug directly into a properly grounded outlet.
• Inspect heater visually: Look for darkened or deformed sections of the element. Uneven coloration can indicate partial failure; replace the heating element if suspected.
• Check relay contacts (advanced): On the main PCB, inspect the heater relay for signs of overheating. If the plastic case is discolored or cracked, replace the relay or the entire PCB.

Warning: If you smell burning plastic or see smoke during operation, switch off and unplug immediately.
