• Clean rails: Remove the drawer and clean the side rails and mating surfaces with warm soapy water. Remove any burnt food or grease.
• Inspect for warping: Check the drawer and housing rails for visible warping or deformation. Replace the drawer if it is significantly warped.
• Light lubrication: Apply a very thin layer of food‑safe silicone spray to the outer rail surfaces (not inside the cooking area) if sticking persists.
• Check metal guides: If your model has metal guides, ensure they are straight and firmly attached.

Warning: Do not use petroleum‑based lubricants inside the cooking chamber; they can smoke and contaminate food.
