Unit trips the household circuit breaker or RCD when starting or during heating.

Safety first: Do not repeatedly reset the breaker. Unplug the appliance immediately.

• Visual inspection: Check the power cord for cuts or crushed sections. Replace if damaged.
• Dry the unit: If the air fryer was recently cleaned with excessive water, allow it to dry for 24–48 hours in a warm, dry place before testing again.
• Insulation test (advanced): With the unit unplugged and opened, inspect the heating element and wiring for signs of arcing or contact with metal parts. Replace any damaged components.
• Check mains filter: If equipped with an EMI filter board, inspect for burnt components or cracked capacitors. Replace the filter module if faulty.

Warning: Earth leakage and shorts are serious safety hazards. If you are not trained in electrical diagnostics, have a qualified technician inspect the appliance.
