Air fryer heats but does not reach the set temperature; cooking takes much longer than expected.

Steps to improve temperature accuracy:

• Verify with thermometer: Use an oven thermometer placed in the basket to compare actual temperature with the set value.
• Clean interior: Remove grease from the heating element, fan guard, and sensor area. Built-up grease can insulate heat and affect sensor readings.
• Check sensor placement: Ensure the NTC sensor is properly mounted in its bracket and not bent away from the airflow.
• Inspect heating element: If only part of the element glows or heats, it may be partially failed. Replace the heating element assembly.
• Sensor replacement: If the sensor reads significantly off compared to a known-good thermometer, replace the NTC temperature sensor.

Note: Some temperature variation is normal, but large discrepancies (over 20–30°C) indicate a fault.
