Possible Causes
High-moisture foods, Poor kitchen ventilation, Damaged front seal, Drawer not fully closed
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Avoid letting water enter the control panel area. Unplug the unit if moisture is visible near electrical parts.
Steps to reduce condensation:
- Improve ventilation: Use the air fryer under an extractor hood or near an open window.
- Check drawer seal: Inspect the drawer gasket/seal (if fitted) for damage or misalignment. Replace if worn.
- Ensure full closure: Make sure the drawer is fully inserted and latched before starting.
- Wipe down: After cooking, wipe away condensation from the front and control panel with a dry cloth.
Note: Some condensation is normal when cooking high-moisture foods, but it should not enter the control panel.
