Possible Causes
Failing power supply capacitor on main PCB, Loose control panel connector, Voltage drop from weak mains outlet, Internal wiring issue
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before opening the housing.
Steps to stabilize display:
- Test different outlet: Plug into a different wall socket without extension cords to rule out supply issues.
- Inspect connectors: Open the housing and check the connector between the main control PCB and the display/touch panel. Reseat firmly.
- Check power board: Look for bulging or leaking electrolytic capacitors on the low-voltage section of the PCB.
- Replace PCB: If capacitors or regulators appear damaged, replace the main control PCB. Component-level repair is possible but typically not supported for consumers.
Warning: Do not touch the primary (mains) side of the PCB while connected; high voltages are present.
