• 4. PCB inspection: Look for swollen capacitors, burned resistors, or cracked solder joints on the main control PCB, especially near the power input section. Any visible damage usually means the board should be replaced, not repaired at home.
• 5. Test again: After reseating connections, reassemble and test. If E5 recurs immediately and your household voltage is normal, the internal power supply on the PCB is likely faulty.
