How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and allow the unit to cool completely before opening the housing.

- Inspect internal shields: Remove the outer shell and look for reflective heat shields or insulation pads around the cooking cavity. Reposition any that have slipped, and replace any that are burnt or missing.
- Check liner spacing: Confirm the inner metal liner is not touching the outer plastic shell. If it is warped, it may need replacement.
Some warmth is normal, but surfaces should not be too hot to touch briefly. If they are, discontinue use until the cause is corrected.
