Possible Causes
Burnt‑out lamp, Loose lamp holder connection, Failed lamp driver circuit on PCB, Broken lamp filament from vibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and allow the unit to cool before accessing the lamp area.
- Access lamp: On windowed Swan models, the lamp is usually behind a glass or metal cover inside the cavity. Remove the cover screws to access the bulb.
- Inspect bulb: Look for a broken filament or darkened glass. Replace with the same type and wattage, rated for high temperature.
- Check connections: Ensure the lamp holder contacts are clean and the wires are secure.
If a new bulb does not light, the lamp driver on the PCB may be faulty; this typically requires PCB repair or replacement.
