How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool. Do not operate the air fryer without a working fan.

Checks:

Look through the top screen while the unit is running (briefly) to see if the fan spins. If not, stop use immediately.
With power disconnected, try spinning the fan blades gently with a wooden stick. They should rotate freely.

Repair steps:

Remove the top cover to access the convection fan motor and blades.
Clean off any grease or food debris that may be obstructing the fan.
Check the motor wiring connector and reseat it on the control board.
Test the motor windings for continuity. Replace the fan motor assembly if open or seized.
If the motor tests good but never receives voltage during operation, the fan driver circuit or relay on the main control board may be defective and require board replacement.

Air fryer heats but the fan does not run; food burns on top and cooks unevenly.
